With Inburgeren Werkt, you offer a status holder a work placement at your company for 9 months for between 8 and 24 hours per week. In this period the status holder gains work experience under your supervision and improves his/her skills and competencies. Learning is paramount. Please note that depending on the personal Plan for Integration and Participation (PIP), the client manager can decide to deviate from the number of hours per week and the duration of the period.
